About

The Skyros Centre is the original home of Skyros Holidays, set in Skyros Town with beautiful views over the hills and the sea. It’s adults-only, relaxed and sociable — a place to settle into Greek island life, meet like-minded people, and choose a rhythm that suits you.

Each week includes two complimentary Masterclasses running side by side. You choose one Masterclass to focus on (three hours a day, five days a week), with the option to sample the other through a relaxed taster session. Mornings can begin with optional Release Yoga, and afternoons are open for drop-in sessions, swimming, walks, and unhurried time in the village.

SC1 is a true Rest & Reset week — Restorative Rest alongside Transformative Health Habits, with Release Yoga to support the whole week.

Stay in traditional Skyrian rooms in Skyros Town or by the sea. Twin shared accommodation is included in the price, with single occupancy and other upgrades available.

Meals

Meals are half board and served buffet-style: breakfast and lunch (or occasionally dinner instead of lunch). All diets are catered for — you can tell us your preferences when you book. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day.

OUTBOUND

To reach Skyros island, fly via Athens and connect to the domestic flight to Skyros (SKU) with Aegean/Olympic Air. There are Saturday flights that work well with the start and end of each Skyros holiday. However, domestic flight times can change, so we strongly recommend booking your international flights with plenty of flexibility and avoiding tight connections. If possible, arrive in Athens the day before and stay near the airport for an easy start.

If the domestic flight sells out, we can offer an overland transfer as an alternative.

RETURN

On the last day of your holiday, you’ll fly from Skyros island back to Athens and then connect onward. Because domestic flight times can shift, we recommend choosing an international departure from Athens later in the day (or staying overnight in Athens and flying home the following day).
