Biography

Vassiliki is a passionate dancer whose work is grounded in the belief that movement can be a powerful means of self-expression, connection, and understanding.

With a diverse background in social and cultural dance practices, combined with academic studies in business and technology, she brings together creative, embodied, and diverse perspectives.

Her journey with Cuban salsa began almost a decade ago as a way of connecting with people across language and cultural differences.

Since then, dance has taken her around the world, allowing her to learn from different communities, explore diverse movement traditions, and share the universal language of rhythm and movement – a language that is universal, yet always deeply personal.

Over the years, dance has evolved from a passion into an essential part of her personal and professional identity. This journey led her to Dance Movement Therapy, where she explores the relationship between movement, body, mind, and emotion, and the potential of embodied experiences to foster connection, awareness, and personal growth.

She’s been sailing for as long as she can remember – even though seasickness has always been part of the adventure!
