In this series of sessions, we will begin to explore the many weird and wonderful possibilities of the human voice through somatic practice.
Beginning with foundational breath work, we will rediscover voice as something that arises from our whole body and being.
By developing sensitivity through play, we will learn to shape our vocal harmonics – the overtones produced naturally by everyone, whenever we speak or sing.
Increasing awareness of vocal harmonics will deepen our connection to our voices, enhancing our self-acceptance, confidence and range of expression.
