How do we experience, accept, and express ourselves with the challenging, complex, constantly transforming embodiments we have?

How can we make music with our bodies, and how can we listen to others and generate collectivity?

This series of workshops will develop embodied feeling and sensitivity, growing our intuitive musicality and opening up the rhythmic possibilities of the body.

Experimenting with different textures of movement and learning a set of basic forms, we will find ways of being tender and curious with ourselves, exploring wildness and dynamism, and cultivating space and stillness.

What's Included?

Carli’s course is held in Atsitsa Bay on Skyros island in Greece and is part of the wide range of courses and activities available.

The holiday includes full board twin shared accommodation in an eco-hut. Single upgrades and twin shares in the house are available.
