This gentle, reflective weekend offers an introduction to Family Constellations and the wider systemic patterns that may shape our lives.

Together, we’ll explore how our personal stories sit within the larger context of family, culture and the systems we belong to. From this expanded perspective, we can begin to notice unconscious patterns, loyalties and ways of relating that may affect our sense of choice, clarity or agency.

Rather than analysing or ruminating on the past, Family Constellations invites us to look at what is present now. Through this work, we can begin to disentangle from what no longer serves us and reconnect with a steadier inner stance – one that supports clarity, direction and movement forward.

This weekend will be a time for slowing down, seeing more clearly and reconnecting with the inner resources that support your next steps in life.

The workshop is open to everyone, and no previous experience of Family Constellations is required.

What's Included?

John’s course is held at The Grange on the Isle of Wight in the UK.

The holiday includes full board, twin shared accommodation at The Grange. Single upgrades are subject to availability.

About John Harris

John has been studying and facilitating Family Constellations in the UK and abroad since 2004. More recently he has explored how Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Polyvagal Theory (PVT) can support constellation work – bringing clarity, choice and nervous-system awareness to the process.

Originally from New Zealand, John began working with Skyros in 1999 in a variety of roles at The Skyros Centre, Atsitsa, and The Grange. He now lives in the UK with his wife Zoe and their son Felix.
