A Way of Life, T'ai Chi with Richard Layzell

A Way of Life is a unique and exciting journey into finding and strengthening our creative selves, exploring simple techniques and exercises that people find empowering and surprising. 

What is intuition? What is spontaneity? Why do we often have negative views of our creative abilities? How can we work together? 

We will uncover and celebrate our unique artistic identities through words, images, perception, photography, humour and shared experience in the incredible surrounding landscape of Atsitsa. 

About Richard Layzell

Richard Layzell has been showing installations, films and performances internationally since 1980. His multi-sensory installation Tap Ruffle and Shave was experienced by 100,000 people across the UK. He’s worked collaboratively with communities in Bristol, Shanghai, Perth (Australia), London, Canvey Island, Glasgow and Dundee, and teaches at University of the Arts London. His most recent film/performance The Perfect Number is currently touring the UK. He’s the author of Enhanced Performance and Cream Pages.
