Performance Poetry with Nicola Spendlove
Sun 15 - Sun 22 Sep 2024
Performance poetry
Whether you’re a slam night regular or someone who’s never even heard of performance poetry, you are most welcome to join this course.
Together we will explore how to bring rhythm and magic to our innermost thoughts in a way that feels authentic to you and your personality. We will focus on both writing techniques and perfecting your delivery.
Whether you want to take to the cabaret stage with an original piece, or simply to learn how to be a bit more confident in expressing yourself, there’s something here for you. Step out of your comfort zone and try something different!
Morning brain dump
A silent writing session where we clean out our heads at the start of the morning, cleaning out the baggage from the previous day so that we can fully focus on and embrace the wonders in store for us.
