Marina's yoga course welcomes everyone; whether you are a total beginner or experienced yogi.
The focus will be on finding simple ways to incorporate physical practise and yoga philosophy into everyday life and feel supported happy and healthy. This experienced and sensitive teacher will guide you to greater clarity in asana, pranayama and meditation and a more intimate relationship with your body and a more unified self.
Main Course: Radiant Energy Yoga
Radiant Energy Yoga is a practice created to ignite the vital energies, rejuvenate the whole body and feel your very best self. Using simple and effective yoga practices to release tension, develop balance and integrate the elemental qualities of the body and mind.
This powerful process harmonises the body and breath, calms the mind and opens the awareness to initiate a journey through the layers of the pranic body. Starting with the physical body and moving progressively inward through the energetic, mental, emotional layers (koshas) in order to access the innermost 'bliss body (Anandamaya Kosha).
This course awakens the energy that lies dormant, actively encouraging true body confidence and the motivation to kick start and maintain your own personal practice for maximised wellbeing, empowerment and aliveness.

Marina's course is held in Atsitsa Bay on Skyros island in Greece and is part of the wide range of courses and activities available. About Marina Sossi
Marina Sossi is an interdisciplinary artist and creative facilitator. She has worked internationally touring performances and collaborating with artists and academics in theatre, opera, butoh dance and clowning. Marina is a socially engaged artist, delivering transformational programmes and multi disciplinary projects in creativity and play. Marina's artfulness integrates the body, spirituality and nature in a creative practice that is relational, collaborative and conscious.
Marina is also an internationally recognised teacher (British Wheel of Yoga) and facilitator with a uniquely playful style and calm encouraging presence. Marina is dedicated to making yoga accessible and fun for everyone, with a clear, uncomplicated teaching style, that offers simple methods to embody the yoga philosophy in everyday life. Marina's classes are suitable for all levels and abilities and focus on posture alignment, breath, movement, deep relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.
