This course first looks at internet dating, and some of the common mistakes people make and how to avoid them. We will then focus on building relationships (intimate, friendship, work) which includes Assertiveness Training to promote good communication skills that will enable you to be heard without putting the other down and negotiating mutually satisfying outcomes - a win-win solution! The last part of the course includes mistakes that people make when relationships get into difficulty, how to repair those 'ruptures', and how to use a range of methods that keep the relationship growing and thriving, including a bit on sexuality.

Ari's course is held in Atsitsa Bay on Skyros island in Greece and is part of the wide range of courses and activities available. About Ari Badaines
Ari Badaines is a powerful group therapist with over 50 years experience who is supportive and caring and when necessary also confronting; he believes it is always your choice as to your level of participation but will encourage your risking to benefit from the group.
Ari obtained his PhD in clinical psychology in the United States. He received a Post-doctoral Fellowship with the National Inst. of Mental Health in Washington, DC where he trained in group psychotherapy. He also spent two years training as a Couple and Family Therapist. He has been a Skyros facilitator since 1982, runs personal and professional development courses worldwide and has been on the training faculty of various Gestalt Therapy and psychodrama training institutes.
