Slay your Dragons with Compassion with Malcolm Stern
Sun 7 - Sat 20 Jul 2024
Slay Your Dragons With Compassion
Malcolm's new book of the same name (published in September 2020 by Watkins) describes 10 practices for thriving in an unstable world.
This Masterclass is the first time he will be synthesising those practices into an experiential form.
Some of the practices involve bearing witness; speaking our truth with integrity and compassion; allowing our relationships to educate us; creating a sangha (a community of like minded others); tuning into and following our “radar” and finding our true life purpose.
Malcolm will use psychodrama and deep sharing, while creating a safe and honourable place to visit our depths.
What's included?
Malcolm's course is held in Atsitsa Bay on Skyros island in Greece and is part of the wide range of courses and activities available. The holiday includes full board twin shared accommodation in an eco-hut. Single upgrades and twin shares in the house are available.
