Holiday Facilitators: Tiana Harper
skill, experience, warmth
Biography
Tiana spent her formative years as a musician and performer before segueing into the screen industries where she worked in writing, directing and producing roles. Having trained in screenwriting, filmmaking and coaching actors, Tiana has taught on and led programmes in world-class film and performance academies, including London Film School and the Royal Academy of Music. Discovering the Feldenkrais method whilst studying at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Tiana embarked on a professional training programme and now teaches Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement to performers, sports people and indeed anyone interested in cultivating a greater sense of ease and capacity for movement through a playful and active curiosity about their body and mind.
