Join the Skyros team in Greece 2026: a unique opportunity
Are you a sociable, flexible team player who enjoys helping people and doesn’t shy away from hard work? Skyros Holidays offers you the chance to spend the 2026 season in a stunning location on Skyros Island, working behind the scenes to help create unforgettable experiences for our participants. Whether you’re interested in administration, housekeeping, bar management, or a hands-on work scholar role, we have positions that let you immerse yourself in the Skyros community while enjoying the beauty of Greece.
Our team plays a crucial role in the smooth running of both Atsitsa Bay and the Skyros Centre. As part of our admin team, you’ll be responsible for key roles like office support, housekeeping management, bar & events, and leading weekly excursions. If you prefer a more hands-on role, our work scholars handle everything from kitchen assistance to maintaining the site, all while enjoying the unique opportunities that Skyros offers.
We also have roles for a Health & Beauty Therapist, Childcare Provider, and Handyman to support guests and maintain our facilities. Each role requires dedication, flexibility, and a positive attitude to make the most of this one-of-a-kind experience.
Positions are available from May to September, with twin-shared accommodation, meals, and spending money provided. Administrators and work scholars alike will be part of a vibrant community, and work scholars even get the chance to participate in Skyros courses.

Work Scholars – Most of the work is cleaning, laundry, kitchen help, clearing away and maintaining the site. It can be very demanding work over sustained periods of time and in the heat of Greece! You need to be physically fit and have stamina to cope with working long shifts in hot weather. Having said this, it is great fun, a superb experience and full training is given. It is quite a different experience from working in a regular holiday environment.
Jobs are available from now until the end of September. Twin shared accommodation, meals and spending money are provided.
Work scholars receive a modest weekly income as well as the opportunity to attend courses with world-class facilitators in a wide variety of courses – that is the ‘scholar’ part. You would need to cover your own travel costs. Administrators get a higher income and return flights paid on completion of your contract, but do not attend courses.
