Do you ever find yourself repeating a pattern – in relationships, work, confidence, money, or how you respond under stress – even when you know better?

Family Constellations is a powerful, systemic approach that helps you see what may be shaping your life from underneath the surface: hidden loyalties, inherited roles, unfinished stories, and the subtle ways family, culture and history can influence how we feel, choose and connect.

Over the week, we’ll work in a supportive group to create “Living Maps” – dynamic snapshots of the systems we belong to – using other group members as representatives who stand in for elements in the systems we belong to. This can reveal the deeper structure of an issue: what’s truly going on, what’s not being acknowledged, and where the system is asking for a different kind of movement.
