There is no designated flight to Thailand or Cambodia. You will need to arrive in Bangkok on the first day of the session (this means leaving the UK on the day before the session starts) and can check into the Sofitel Silom Hotel from 12pm. You should aim to arrive in Bangkok before 4pm, and can take a metered taxi to the Sofitel Silom for roughly £6.00, to join the rest of the group. Your return flight needs to leave Bangkok on the last day of the session. Flight options from the UK include Thai Air, Eva, Lufthansa, British Airways, Gulf Air, Quantas and Emirates.

Transfers
You will need to make their own way to the Sofitel Silom hotel where you spend your first night. The easiest way to get there is to take a rank taxi from the front of the airport.
Visas
All passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date of the holiday. British nationals will be granted a free 30-day visa on entry at the airport in Bangkok. You may wish to purchase a double entry Thai visa in London, especially for trips longer than 30 days. A Cambodian visa is obtainable at the border, for which you need cash (approximately US$25 or they may ask for Thai Baht - come prepared for both) and two passport sized photos. If in any doubt please check your eligibility at the Cambodian Embassy prior to departure.
